Fraud Policy

1. Purpose

F1Apply and its owner, International Study Network LLC, are committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity. This policy outlines our zero-tolerance approach to fraudulent activity on our platform. The integrity of our platform is essential for maintaining the trust of our partner universities.

2. Definition of Fraudulent Activity

Fraudulent activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • Submitting forged or altered documents (e.g., transcripts, test scores, bank statements, passports).
  • Plagiarizing any part of an application, including personal essays.
  • Providing false or misleading information about academic history, personal background, or financial status.
  • Creating multiple accounts to misrepresent oneself.
  • Having someone else complete the application or essays on your behalf.

3. Consequences of Fraud

If F1Apply determines, in its sole discretion, that a user has engaged in fraudulent activity, we will take immediate action, which may include:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of the user's F1Apply account.
  • Retraction of all applications submitted through the platform.
  • Notification of the fraudulent activity to all universities the user applied to, as well as other application services.
